Thanksgiving Recipe: Soup or Side Dish—or Both!

Portion: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- Butternut Squash – medium dice (4-5 cups)
- Celery – medium dice (2-3 cups)
- Sweet Onion – medium dice (2-3 cups)
- Carrot – medium dice (2-3 cups)
- Apple – medium dice (2-3 apples)
- Dried Cranberries (1/2 – 1 cup)
- Canola Oil
- Kosher Salt
- White Ground Pepper
- Five-Spice Powder
- Ground Rosemary
- Dry Tarragon
- Dry Parsley
- Roasted Chicken Base
- Water
Seasoning: These all depend on how moist and flavorful you want your dish. Start with a little, then add in more to taste!
